Madisonville apartments are a nice set of apartments for people who don't have a lot of money to spend. However, the 1-level apartments are far different from the 2-level apartments. Also, the neighbors are a little loud if they have kids outside during the summertime. HOWEVER, it's really quiet otherwise. It's a safe place to live! They allow caged animals, even larger caged animals, and that's a plus. However, I've seen people with dogs for some reason... The maintenance guy will fix ANYTHING and he does it really fast! They give at least 2 days notice before they perform any kind of in-home inspection, maintenance, etc... They also check your smoke alarms & change your batteries FOR you! The landlady is extremely nice & everyone there is very helpful. I love my apartment!
