I'm a very avid lover of ball pythons !!! I came in their store and was BLOWN AWAY by their lack of care for snakes !!! 3 snakes together in a 10 gallon aquarium !! No hides!! No substrate !!! No heat lamps or heating pads !!! And I asked 2 employees to see what was labeled as an "albino" to see if it was a male--- if it was a male, j would have bought it QUICKLY !! Was told by both employees--- "we don't sext our snakes because it hurts them" !!! WHAT ???? This store is clearly INEXPERIENCED and doesn't need to sell ball pythons !!! Sexting a snake --- doesn't hurt them what so ever !!! And obviously, the Temps and humidity are WAY OFF in their enclosure !!! I do not recommend anybody doing business here !!! I've enclosed pics of my personal 30 gallon enclosure for reference as to how a ball python SHOULD be kept !!!

Housing 4 bearded dragons in a DIRTY tank & having them that skinny is ANIMAL CRUELTY! They are too thin, their bowls are covered in sand, they look dehydrated, and their tank is very dirty. Changes must be made immediately because this is absolutely horrible!

This store needs to be closed. If you can't care for reptiles properly, give them to someone who can. Utterly disgraceful!

Housing 4 bearded dragons together in one tank with loose substrate. They don't know proper care for bearded dragons. How can they sell them to people? When confronted with proper info they became very rude. Was only trying to give helpful advice to the care of the dragons

This place is horrific. Housing 4 ADULT Bearded Dragons together AND on sand is asking for trouble. You obviously know nothing about their care. They're in filthy conditions, are very skinny, dirty and look dehydrated. Their bowls are covered in sand. I pray that they at least have proper lighting. Shame on you. ANIMAL CRUELTY!! They need proper care or to go someone who knows what they're doing.

The gay men are rude and disrespectful. Will not refund or store credit on anything. Spent 60 on fish and refuse to give credit after 1st replacement. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. Go else where

I travel all over and visit pet stores everwhere. This store has more supplies and pets than any of the chains. They don't sale salt water fish, but they have about anything else I need. I will shop here, anytime I'm in town. The staff were very helpful and nice. Prices same as Pet Smart, but they give a discount which made it cost less!
