The merchandise is fine - small but varied selection of books. My major disappointment is the knowledge and customer service of manager/staff. I have been in the store three times the last couple of months - brought books and college wear each time - but have walked out thinking that was one of the worst retail experience ever. Manager/staff have an attitude of - go elsewhere if you need assistance. I am going to buy holiday gifts and gift cards elsewhere this year. I have always wanted to support local businesses but this one is not worth it. Sad.
