Parent View: Choice university locations but be careful of the trade off with quality. No heat included in my children's building west of stadium and we found no appreciable signs of insulation. Kitchen was no where near clean, nor were the applicances. Kept security deposit to supposedly repaint a room I personally spent four hours painting to cover pen and marker. When presented with that fact from this parent, the story switched to - the new tenants didn't like the color choices (approved by the company) so they had to repaint everything neutral beige at the previous renters expense equal to the entire security deposit. Cell phone pics from several parties throughout the year at that location proved they never painted again.
