Last night was my first appointment with Jenelle. She was wonderful, friendly and professional. The first service I had done was eyebrow waxing. She did a wonderful job, nice and evenly done. Next was my haircut (which started with a shampoo and an awesome head massage). After we looked at the picture of what I was looking for, she asked me several questions to make sure that she understood exactly what I wanted. As Jenelle was cutting my hair she made sure to ask me questions about how the length was and how I style my hair everyday. When she was done my hair was exactly what I had pictured in my head (which does not happen very often!). Jenelle not only took the time to really understand what I was looking for, she also went through the various Kenra products and had me select one, based on my styling preferences, that she used to blow dry and style my hair. She not only did this, but made sure to explain what she was doing so that I knew how to style and care for my new cut. I purchased one of the Kenra products (Curl Glaze Mousse 13) that she recommended and used it for the first time this morning. It was perfect amount of control for my waves without being crispy when it dried. The salon itself was very nice. Cozy and inviting, Everything was clean and all of the stylists were professional. The half price voucher that I purchased was what originally brought me into the salon, but Jenelle is the reason that I will be going back!

I have been going there a long and am always satisfied with the job they do.
