      Top of my chimney has completely fallen apart caused by improper repair by Great American Chimney. I gave Great American Chimney an opportunity to correct its defective work and it refused. This outfit does not stand behind its work and is incompetent. Based on my experience with this company I would strongly recommend that you not due business with this outfit. Defective repair was confirmed by other chimney specialists.
