- Dental ExaminationThe best way to keep your teeth looking and feeling their best is through regular dental cleanings. Your DHA dentist will perform a comprehensive exam of your teeth and surrounding gums, tongue and cheeks. Teeth are checked for decay and any plaque or hard deposits called tartar are removed, and teeth are polished for that smooth, shiny feeling. A healthy mouth also means less extensive – and less expensive – dental care over your lifetime.
- X-raysThe hygienist Julie was super nice, attentive and gentle during my dental x-rays and cleaning. I really appreciated that she would explain every step and ask my consent before going ahead with it. Great experience.
- Oral Cancer ScreeningEven though you do not have any teeth, you still have to take care of your mouth. Daily cleaning of your tongue and gums with a soft brush or washcloth is advised. Yearly visits to the dentist are recommended for patients with complete dentures. A dentist will check the health of your gum tissue, conduct an oral cancer screening, clean your dentures, and check the fit of your dentures at your annual visit. Dentures do not last a lifetime. Your dentist will advise you when it is time to replace your dentures due to poor fit or worn teeth.
- Teeth CleaningGreat care and service - from the beginning to the end of my visit! When I arrived to my visit, I was immediately greeted by a receptionist at the center of the desk with a smile, and a very pleasant check in process. It was clear she enjoys her work and cares about professional service. Next, I was greeted by my dental hygienist Cassie. Cassie also greeted me with a big smile and a very positive attitude toward her work. Cassie is an excellent dental hygienist. Over my many decades of dental cleanings with a variety of providers, I have had a few negative experiences, which is why I recognize and value a comfortable dental cleaning. Next was my time with Dr Rozendaal, who is a professional, competent, and kind provider. She listened to my concerns and provided answers to my questions. Overall, this was another excellent dental experience. As I walked out of the clinic, I felt a great deal confidence with this dental practice. If you are looking for dental practice, I would highly recommend Dental Health Associates to anyone seeking a positive and professional dental experience.

I was able to see Dr. Brodek, who's not my regular dentist, the next morning. She and her hygienist were kind, competent and knowledgeable. Dr. Brodek cleaned and repaired my tooth and re-installed the crown. I'm very happy I was able to see Dr. Brodek!
- BridgesYour teeth work together to help you eat, speak and smile. When you’ve lost a tooth, any or all of these functions can be impeded. Eating and speaking may become more difficult. You may feel embarrassed by your smile or avoid smiling altogether. Long term consequences of missing teeth include the shifting of adjacent teeth into the space left behind by your missing tooth, and the loss of supporting bone where your tooth used to be. A dental bridge is a dependable replacement option for missing teeth that can restore proper function to your mouth and restore the appearance of your smile.

- Deep CleaningHave been going to DHA for 25 years. Recently got a new dentist as mine retired. She is great. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth just today was truly outstanding. - Tooth ExtractionsConventional complete dentures are made to replace a full arch of missing teeth with healed gums. This type of denture is made for people who already have complete dentures that are worn out and need replacement, or for people who are getting their first dentures and are willing to be without teeth for 6 to 8 weeks following tooth removal. For first time denture wearers, the benefit to this type of denture is a better fit when compared to immediate dentures. After tooth extractions, the bone surrounding the missing teeth changes shape and shrinks. The majority of this change takes place during the first month after tooth removal. Dentures depend on the underlying bone for stability and support, so the more healed the bone is at the time dentures are made, the better they will fit in the long run.
