We wanted to thank everyone at Ruffin' It for treating our little man so well. I've never seen so many people go out of their way for him, and for us. He gets so much attention when he's there and I can't tell you how relieved I feel when I have to leave him. The way you all play with him, give him lots of love & attention and take care of him puts my anxiety at ease. I cannot express how priceless that is for a mommy and daddy who gets more seperation anxiety than our dog does!!! Thanks for doing such a great job with our little man!!!Thanks!!!!Andrea & Auric

I took my 18 month old there once in a week for day-care and for play-time on Saturdays. It was an OK place until today. People are very impersonal and you get a report at the end of the day. Read good things about my dog everytime,like made new friends or very adorable dog.Today, a manager/teenager in charge called me and said that my dog permanently can not go there. What she told me was a new dog approached my dog and my dog didn't like it and reacted and the care-taker9is she dog-trained?) couldn't stop him. They didn't tell me that my dog was hurt. I've noticed that my dog was bleeding on his leg later.How do you judge this? They know my dog. They always complemented my dog for such friendliness. How can they be so Impersonal? ClubBow-Wow doesn't care. They get customers all the time. A teenager passed a judgement that it was my dog's fault. How and Why? Discrimation or just carelessness?Pathetic. Even if they allow me, I wouldn't take my dog there again.
