Care Wisconsin of Wisconsin, established in 1976, is a nonprofit managed care organization that offers Medicare and Medicaid programs to frail seniors and adults with disabilities that help them meet their long term care and/or health care needs. Long term care are supports and services such as personal care, transportation, employment and housing assistance that helps individuals stay safely in the community.
