I had trouble wiping clean the hard drive of an old laptop before donating it. I called their Cottage Grove location, where I was told that they would do it "for free or a minimal fee." When I showed up, "for free or a minimal fee" had turned into labor charge of at least $20. I wouldn't have bothered driving all the way over there had they said that right away.
