Excellent store, always provide great service!

Just did a first run college dorm shopping spree for my daughter today. We were pleased with the variety of X-Long twin sheets available. (Although, I must admit these sheets were not easy to find. It took major sleuthing in multiple areas of the store to find the X- long item she was looking for.) However, WOW! My daughter found exactly what she wanted sheet-wise (i.e.: something different from the plain x-long twins available elsewhere). I was thrilled and she was ecstatic. She ended up buying a very cute organic cotton patterned X-long twin sheet set with matching accent pillows and shams. What a find! (I'm stymied because these extra long sheets aren't available on your website. WHY? (Believe me, many kids want "different"!) Then, she set off to find the $50 alarm clock a friend of hers described and bought at your store. We asked for help and were told the item WAS NEVER SOLD by BB & B. WHAT? I just found the item on your website. Oh well, I bought it elsewhere. :(
