They know what they are doing, and they do it well.

I had no expectations starting this process. From start to finish, they answered all the questions. I had several adjustments and relines to get the fit very good. All included for the quote I had received. Very happy with price.. Fit...professional attitude. I sent my sister there, she is doing well with the process.

My 91 year old mother was there by herself and said no one had any nametags on. The receptionist was very rude. Made her pay huge amount up front before even being seen. Person walked in to take impressions and never id'ed himself or greeted her. Just stuck it in her mouth and walked off. My brother went with her the next time to get money back to get another opinion-they told her she needed every tooth pulled-and they told her if she got her money back, she could never come back for treatment again. If I'd been there I would have told them that we would never want to!! Poor business. Glad we cancelled it. Still waiting for the check to arrive for the refund though. I am giving it no stars, but it shows up as one.

I give them 1 star because of the horribly rude receptionist. Maybe she's jaded from years of rude customers but that's not a good enough excuse for her rudeness. And heaven forbid you have a question, she is just downright mean. That being said we are happy with the dentures so far (it's only been a day.) They need to give the receptionist some customer service training or give her the boot!

I had never been to this office before. I work near Affordable Dentures. I had been to the dentist the previous day. I had to have a cap put on a back tooth and had to have my partial adjusted to fit around the new crown.



The afternoon after visiting my regular dentist. My partial became very loose and was slipping. Since my dentist is in Cambridge & I work in Madison I called Affordable Dentures to see if they could adjust my partial to get me thru the day. They did get me in right away.



I was seen by the dentist and was told after he looked at my partial there was nothing that could be done to make my partial work with my new crown. In fact after the exam the partial was even worse then before. . He also told me I would require a new partial with a cost of approx $ 675.00. They wanted to set up an appointment for impressions the following day. When I was leaving I was very upset so I told them I would give them a call later that afternoon. Thank goodness I did.



When I got back to work I called my dentist. She said she would stay for me that evening and take a look at my partial. After working on my partial for several minutes she adjusted it to fit around the new crown just fine. She said when I had called her first concern was that one of the clips had broken but that was not the case. That was over 6 months ago and everything is fine. Thank you Dr. Bauer.



So be careful what this clinic tells you.........
