Jim does outstanding work for a reasonable price. He has worked on all of my Audi's and BMW's and the work is always done with care and completeness. I would highly recommend him for alignments he charges a fraction of what the dealers do and does an incredible job. He doesn't rely on an alignment rack but rather a more manual process that is always accurate. This shop is a hidden gem in Madison.
