If could rate negative 10 that's what I'd give. Owner stole funds from my mother's account making continuous charges 5 times. Had to go to him in person to ask for him to reverse or refund her money, he started yelling screaming profanity along with filthy names, he pulled out can of mace and threatened to spray me, I had to call 911, police defused the issue and now the owner is being charged with fraud, which is a felony. Waiting on court date. Like officer stated, a judge may consider once or twice maybe even a third time a mistake, but not 5 times and using chemicals as a threat is against law even as an owner of a business. I don't foresee the business staying open much longer. If u still decide to eat there, I would not give them your credit card , especially if you call in an order. He is a THIEF and hopefully will spend time in jail for Fraudulent charges from stealing funds which the bank has to pay from their insurance, which in turn the bank is now being the one who will have state serve him for this charge, and I hope and pray he serves time in prison. The chemicals (mace he threatened me with is a separate charge, but will all be heard in court on same day).

$23 worth of barely cooked food and they want me to "just eat it".....Never again!!! We've eaten here before and was fine, but moving on now...

Worst service does not deserve any stars we have been ordering from here for 6 years and they have been forgetting items recently and we called and requested the missing items to be brought to us and the lady said so sorry they will be on the way, (we live 4 minutes drive time from the restaurant) 20 minutes later we called back and was told we are not the only ones with a delivery and they are waiting for the driver to return then 20 more minutes later we called back and we spoke to the owner and he said go ahead take your business else where and don't call us anymore. They just $1,500.00 our average spent per year here.

The food is good, the location is convenient for me to pick up dinner and head home. The service here is terrible and always has been, at least they are consistent.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The manager is the rudest person I've ever came across in the restaurant business, he called me stupid when I called in with an issue with the online ordering system. The food is mediocre at best. They advertise with fliers in mailboxes to areas they "don't even want to deliver to" aka Inglewood. The manager is unbelievably & irrationally confrontational & rude, so if you do experience a problem with your order, better get over it. Try China Wok in Madison , its so much better on every level.

I have been living in this area for over 6 years. This is my dinner place. I order from them often. If you are talking about TO GO Chinese , they have good food.

Non of the Resturants did not make mistake, BUT They fixed the right one for me.

My husband and I had two orders of fried rice today. Normally, the food is good, but this time the rice was gooey, clumpy and tasted funny. The carrots and peas were still crunchy. We called them and they said that they would remake it, but they did not say they were immediately remaking it. We assumed they meant that it would be remade when we got back to the restaurant with our bag and receipt. When we got there, which is a 30 minute drive from our house, it had been sitting out for over an hour and was cold. They refused to give us our money back or make it fresh, so I explained to the manager that I was not happy and wouldn't be coming back. He was rude and did not care whether he lost our business. DO NOT EAT HERE! The manager is greedy and does not care about people!

Very yummy Chinese food. One of the best chinese food restaurants I've been to.

I'm originally from California, where excellent Chinese Food is not at all hard to find. I thought the people we spoke to were pleasant, not at all rude. (Though we really were expecting rudeness after reading the reviews here!) The gal who took our order even informed us that the Chicken Chow Mein was Veggies and no noodles! So we switched to the Lo Mein for the noodles! They got here with our food before the hour they'd told us it would take. And I thought the food was decent as well. Not great, but good. It was also good price!
