ust leased a CRV from Madison Honda. Was dreading the experience, but it was super pleasant and very fair. Mo and Hector negotiated a fair price with me and were extremely friendly and knowledgable. They were respectful and so easy to work with. I worked with Jose to go over the finances and he was very pleasant as well. Overall, my experience with Mo, Hector, and Jose was great! I highly recommend this dealership--go in and ask for Mo!

Dealt with Paul Fuchs who was very helpful and straightforwward. We were able to negoiate a deal which made everyone happy. They stuck to their word and did not change any of the terms at signing or try overly hard to get us to buy an extended warrwanty (some dealers will do this). The only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is that it took 10 days to get the car. Part of that was due to the poor weather, but I feel the main reason is that they are a slightly smaller dealer then some of their competitors which means they have a smaller inventory. However, this does translate into better customer service, in the end our wait was worth it.

I have never written a review before- but I plan to leave this on several sites- as I think you should be warned about Madison Honda in Madison, NJ. And I will not get into the typical sleazy sales tactics the sales manager had.



This is about them advertising something and more importantly verbally telling me something worked, and even going as far as showing it to me. It is about them saying the satellite radio and Bluetooth worked, and after I purchased it found out that you need to purchase extra accessories to make that work. That is NOT what they said. Once I brought this up to them- they said they would make it right (I have the emails)- and then didn’t. The sales manager said the online ads were typos and the sales person made a mistake or I mis-heard. Well I call that false advertising and a lie (or an honest mistake) but either way- they would not take responsibility- would not fix it to make it right – would not let me return the car. They told me to bring the car in and they would make things right- which they then decided not to honor. So due to their either lies or mistakes- I am now on the hook to purchase and install these items. And the cost is not even a lot of money- that is not the point – it is the principle of it all. They were also supposed to fix the rearview mirror which was not affixed correctly. So when I left the car their and picked it up 2 days later after they said they would not make it right- they also did NOT fix the rearview mirror.



I learned two valuable lessons from this-

1) Check everything even if it is advertised and someone verbally tells you something is working, never trust anyone- takes away my belief that all people are good.

2) NEVER EVER purchase a car from Madison Honda- every step of the way, they were sleazy and liars or at best made mistakes that they would not honor. BE WARNED ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP.

And if they choose to respond to this- it is nonsense to make them look good on the review site- as I have exhausted all avenues to try and deal with them. There were probably 10 different options that could have made it right or a compromise- they chose none of them.

I bought 2012 Honda Pilot from Madison Honda last week, at the beginning I was a little concerned about buying a new car but Erik helped us to make the right decision, he is very honest and has sense of humor! I am very satisfied with the customer service they are professional and so friendly! I'm sure I will see you guys soon! Thanks!

The Service Center is friendly but expensive. I would not purchase a car through Madison Honda. The sales rep I met wasn't very accommodating.
