CAN YOU SAY UPCHARGE? You can find a number of complaints on a variety of review websites, more recently, about how Upton advertises one price and then change another once the work is complete. I am certainly not alone, and you should take a look at all the 1 to 3 star ratings the company has been given online. They WILL advertise one price and then charge you a higher price AFTER the work has already been completed!
