I hope you idiots know not everyone in that building is trained on a register, and if you want to pay the extra cashiers to be there I'd shut it..

I shop your store and have always had a pleasant experience. Last night was not. I walked in and noticed you only two cashiers. Both lines were at least six deep. The door greater was texting on her phone. I went to sporting goods and picked up what I went in for, came back up front and one lane of the only two registers had one customer that was waiting for a correct price for at least five minutes. We all had to get in line in the one check out lane. Buy the way there was four people in your office that was just watching people stand in line. One finally came out to help the one that was having the problem and never spoke to one person. I will always shop there but you need to know customer service was very poor last night.
