Private/ Individual sessions are great for beginner, intermediate or advanced men, women, seniors or youth persons of ages 13yrs or older. Working with Ryan individually creates a knowledge filled atmosphere allowing you as the client to benefit directly from him, addressing any questions, comments or concerns you may have regarding your specialized program.Ryan will demonstrate proper exercise form, technique and movement, effective breathing patterns and beneficial cardiopulmonary training. Each client is professionally assessed by determining body fat percentage, nutritional ratios, BMI, BMR , Blood pressure 1x/week and daily water intake levels, of which will create an effective customized meal plan. Menus are adjusted through the duration of the program.For most beginners a method referred to as The FITT Principleapplies to any type of resistance training, whether it be for limit strength, speed strength, anaerobic or aerobic strength. It is especially suited to beginners efforts because it spells out exactly what they should do to get started. Applying the FITT Principle will ensure the training effort is reasonably effective. There are four components to this principle: Group Sessions: Youre invited to discover what so many of Ryans clients already know Group Personal Training can make achieving your fitness goals more enjoyable and motivating than you ever thought possible. Whether your goal is to lose body fat, sculpt your muscles, tone up your hips, thighs, and abs, improve your flexibility, or overall wellness, Ryans got a group session for you or you can create your own group session program. Rather youre with friends, family members, co-workers, teams or a random group, the stakes remain high and the intensity is expected to be explosive, creating a more competitive environment, maximizing each participants results. Most group sessions program typically will carry a duration of 6+ weeks, with an expected running time of 60mins. All participants will undergo blood pressure monitoring 1x/week , body composition(s) , scheduled weigh-ins and customized meal plans.
