This is an old-fashioned barbershop and the two barbers do an excellent job. I saw an early review of the site and I have no idea how they came up was such a negative perspective about such an excellent place. The prices are very reasonable work is very good.

I think I might be generous giving Tony's a one star rating based on his pricing alone. I was born and raised in Madison from 1968 and Tony's was the place our parents brought us as toddlers and through our school years for all of our cuts. Let me emphasize CUTS. This is by no means a beauty salon. It is a barber shop that gives a 15 min haircut. I am absolutely disgusted that such an iconic family haircutting business would take advantage of the true madisonites of this town. Honestly, if you wanted a full service sit down in his chair for a night out it would take under an hour for the works. Wash,cut,shave,ect. Or say Dad and his three sons went in for an hour total and all got average cuts. Your grand total would be close to the hourly fee of an average lawyer. Point being, I don't think any "Barber" had to endure 7 years of college and pass a grueling 2 day exam. Lets get back to reality and family prices Tony. Think about it folks. Its just a barber shop,
