Dr. Kolb is not the doctor you are looking for if you want someone who has any compassion or understanding for their patients. She is a doctor who feels that her time is of more value than yours. She can be very abrupt, rude and unfeeling. She also has rarely been able to assist me for anything more than the common cold in the time I have been a patient there. She will not take the time to address your concerns or to try to help you find any answers to your health questions. She is merely a means to an end for your copay and a referral. Her office staff also makes it very difficult to schedule appointments and seems to share her feelings of self importance. They are not there to assist you although their exam rooms are full of pictures and framed prints about the way a doctor should treat their patients............trust me it is not reflected in the way you will be treated.If you are like me and looking for a doctor who truly is out for your best interests keep looking.
