Madison Municipal Court is a trial facility that handles cases related to criminal prosecutions. The court is a part of the Unified Judicial System of Alabama. It is governed by the City of Madison in Alabama. Madison Municipal Court is engaged in the management of pending cases and maintenance of records. It is also engaged in the collection and remittance of fines, forfeitures and issuance of subpoenas, summons, warrants and certified copies of court records. The court provides criminal complaint services for the public. The City of Madison s government operates fire, public works, police, recreation, revenue, finance engineering, and planning and zoning departments.
