Colleen was amazing. My husband and I interviewed several cake makers in the area but we had a vision in mind that we didn't want to trust to just anyone. Many of the bakeries gave us one terrific sample after another with promises of getting what we wanted but only Colleen gave us a napkin and a bottle of water for between tastings. Not a huge thing but when you are trying 4 or 5 cake types a drink is much appreciated and it just goes to show her attention to detail. She sold my husband when she opened up a case of colored pencils. An hour later our vision had come to life and we left with a picture of your dream cake and a deposit down for what became a major success and topic of conversation at our September 2010 wedding. I guess a 3 tiered mountain themed wedding cake with a motorcycle and tree on top is hard to pull off but Colleen did it. We can't say enough about the amazing decoration, personal service and terrific tasting cake that she provided.
