Westside High School offers a variety of educational programs and extracurricular activities. The school maintains dance and flag teams, as well as key and literacy clubs. It provides academic programs in a range of subjects, such as science, social studies, mathematics and language arts. Westside High School also offers instructional services in fine arts, foreign languages, technological communication, and health and physical education. The school s athletic activities include baseball, soccer, cheerleading, football, swimming, basketball, cross-country, wrestling, and track and field. It additionally provides guidance counseling services. Westside High School maintains a media center that offers various educational materials. The school is governed by Bibb County Schools, which administers elementary, middle and high schools.
