I have never worked for a more understanding company regarding some unexpected health issues I had come up. The management and employees have all be so kind to me. I am very grateful. I would recommend this company for others seeking employment without any hesitation.

Good starter job, but not ideal to make a career out of. Pay is based on your standing with management, not because of experience or length of employment. Runs on favortism. Discipline is not structured. Lets veterans break 'company policy'. Work on retaining good employees or the business ill always suffer in that area. Good luck with your business and retaining a crew.
