My husband and I have had 2 - 3 storage units here since 2003. I called Saturday 12/10/04 at 3:12 p.m. to make my payment over the phone, not realizing closing time on Sat. was 3:00 p.m. Sunday 12/11/04 we had a load of furnitureon our truck, dropped a check for $150.00 in the payment slot with a note saying "sorry this is late, please let me know how much I owe in late fees and I will pay over the phone. We then discovered we were locked out of the gate. After several phone calls back a forth taking about 15 minutes, I was told we had to wait 15 more minutes for someone to come to the premises and let us in. When the person arrived, she was extremely rude, threatened to leave and not let us in, and then had the gall to tell us to hurry up and unload our stuff because this was her day off.This lock out procedure is ridiculous!! I could understand doing that for someone who is a month or more late making a payment, but not for a long time customer who has always paid!!
