We have loved every experience at House Of Hines...I got my wedding dress there and my husband has never rented a tux from anywhere else. They have beautiful dresses and a wonderful supportive staff.
I ordered my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses from The House of Hines and could not have had better service anywhere else. The staff was great. I made an appointment and was seen at that time. We also ordered the tux for the groomsmen and most of them had to call in their measurements from out of state and every thing fit perfectly. I also used them to do our music and Mr. Causey (the owner) to sing at my wedding. I have to tell you, I have never heard anyone sing The Lord's Prayer like Mr. Causey. My guest where blown away with the music. I used the House of Hines as a one stop shop for everything and had a wonderful experience. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again.
This is the best place to shop for any Occasion especially for formal wear to a Gala.

I went to the House of Hines with two other girls to look at bridesmaids dresses. One of the employees took us to the room that had all of the bridesmaids dresses in it and completely abandoned us. She gave us no information about colors that were available or anything. We finally picked out a few dresses that we liked, but could not find anyone to show us where the dressing rooms were at. The employees were too busy dealing with another party, so we felt like we were not important enough to receive any customer service. In addition to the staff's rudeness, the air conditioner was broken and the whole place smelled awful. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
