Established in 1950, we began as a one man office under the name of T.R. Cannon Insurance in Leesburg, Georgia. In 1973, Robert J. Powell joined the agency as a partner, and the agency relocated to Albany, Georgia. In 1978, the agency incorporated under the name of Cannon & Powell Insurors, Inc Continuing our strength and expertise into the next century, in 1999 the operating name of the agency was changed to reflect the continuation of leadership. Doherty, Duggan & Rouse Insurors is lead by Richard D. Doherty, CPCU, President ; Leonard, Duggan, CIC, Vice President ; and Kirk L. Rouse, HIA, MSA, Vice President. For 55 years, Doherty, Duggan & Rouse Insurors has been committed to being a leader in anticipating and meeting our clients' needs.
