WOW!!! I ordered five precut pieces for the seats in our camper. They arrived, I gave them a week to expand and then stuffed my original covers with the new foam.......FANTASTIC FIT!!! Can't wait to go camping this year. The instructions online as to measuring and ordering were spot on!
Product was exactly as ordered, the fit was very good. Other website have disclaimers that the foam may not be sized exactly as ordered. Did not experience this here. If there is anything that could be improved, it would be that additional information about the status of the order would be helpful. Instead of having to go look yourself, some emails saying Your order is being worked and Your order has shipped along with some tracking information would be nice.
Your product exceeded my expectations for quality, cost and delivery. The easy to use custom fit order format ensured my chair cushion was a perfect fit. I have and will continue to refer customers to the Foam Factory.
The Foam Factory is very easy to work with. My order was, I am sure, compared to others, but they took time with me to understand what I wanted. The sample they sent arrived quickly and the rep that I spoke to helped me place my order.
We purchased a queen for our RV and liked it so much we bought a king for our bedroom. A guest slept on it and thought it was great so we bought two more queens for the guest bedrooms. We haven't had one problem. The mattresses are easy to install. Just roll them to the bed and then up on the platform or box spring and untie the bindings (they are shipped in a bale - no air) In about an hour or so they will inflate to the specified size. All of our mattresses were purchased with covers. We did have to turn the mattresses because when they were unstrapped they were upside down. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more.
After researching many sites that offered foam replacements for cushions I settled on The Foam Factory due to the competitive pricing and ease of ordering pre cut foam. The order arrived just a few days after it was placed, and in just a few minutes I had replaced the old worn out foam in my sofa's cushions. The new cushions are like new, and I am very pleased with their quality and appearance.
I have been very happy with Foam Factory. My usual supplier is more expensive and the shipping is ridiculous. Foam Factory has straight forward pricing, tons of options, order a little or a lot, and the package got here really fast. I would highly recommend Foam Factory to any other upholsterer!
i had an excellent experience with foam factory. i was needing foam replacement cushions for a couch but was unsure that any of their custom cuts would suit my needs. i prefer to communicate via email and eddy responded promptly to all of my inquiries and guided me to select exactly what i was looking for. i was waiting to see the results of this purchase before i ordered more for another chair. i am happy to say they will have my repeat business!
The phone assistants were pleasant. They communicated and listened with good skills. Before ordering they e-mailed me a diagram of what they had understood me wanting. The website had detailed and adequate specifications for me about the various foams. This info helped me select foam types and qualities for the comfort and longevity I desired for my product. I used the Foam Factory twice for orders. Once for a custom sized, covered mattress for an antique rope bed, which met my expectations. Most recently Foam Factory made me two 4 foot long 14 inch rise body wedges for sleeping (one to use and the other as a spare). Previously I was using a typical short bed wedge, sold by medical supply businesses, to help prevent nighttime esophageal burning from reflux. These 'bent' me at the waist preventing comfortable body alignment. Neck, back and low spine discomfort frequently awakened me. We bought a memory foam mattress - 4 of medium density foam on laminated to a foam base. The price was good, delivery quick. It was intended for the guest room, but after sleeping on it, each member of the family wants their own, too.
I have used the Foam Factory twice a couple of years apart, each experience fantastic. The pricing is great (even shipping to CA), the product is great as well as the customer service. I needed a custom made RV bed (folding, custom cover, rounded corners etc.) and they held my hand throughout the entire process. I will recommend them to everyone i know!
The foam ordered was to place on top of a hospital bed mattress which was very hard. Since that time my dad has had a good night's sleep without waking up to shoulder and hip pain. The cost of the foam was minimal compared to a new mattressed and served the purpose well. In addition, the speed of the delivery was excellent.
Easy to order, quick delivery and accurate product received. Compared to cost of similar products I researched, the Foam Factory was below average and they actually cut your foam to size! I was lucky to stumble onto this site and will use it again for future projects.

I have ordered several times from Foam Factory and been very pleased with the products and service. I have bought two mattresses--I find foam mattresses much more comfortable than the overcomplicated things sold in stores these days for ridiculous prices.
We bought a foam mattress and gym rubber foam for our camper renovation. Everything was shipped very promptly. The foam came so tightly and well-packed, I thought there was no way the mattress would go back to normal! However, after unpacking, it only took 30 minutes or less to bounce back. The gym rubber looked great minutes after unpacking. Overall, I am very impressed with the company and its products.
I was very impressed with the quality of the foam I purchased. I had a question regarding expedited shipping so I called. The person who answered was very helpful in explaining the details and cost regarding the shipping question, but he also reviewed my order with me. As it turned out, without his input I would have ordered foam which probably wouldn't have suited my needs as well. So this was an excellent experience from beginning to new dining chair seats end.
