The Pancake Chef is a restaurant that has been serving travelers since 1964. The restaurant s favorites include pumpkin and homemade potato pancakes. It also serves a variety of specialty salads and homemade dinner entrees. The Pancake Chef s breakfast menu includes sausage, scrambled eggs, French toast, buttermilk pancakes, fried potatoes, spice apples, hominy grits and bread pudding. Its dinner menu features barbecued ribs, fried cod, broiled trout, and roast chicken, beef and turkey, as well as a variety of pasta dishes. The Pancake Chef can accommodate more than 150 guests and has capabilities to serve large groups of guests. In addition, the restaurant provides picnic lunches.
