Pedicure was good! Owner provided the service and needs to work on her people skills. No personality!

Terrible service. You wait forever, like an hour and not one worker looks at you, greets you, acknowledges you. Nothing. They don't tell you how long the wait is and they should. Worst place I've been too and I've been here twice. Bad experience first time, so gave them another chance and wait was even longer. And again, no greeting, no eye contact, no nothing as you enter or as you wait. Awful.

They did a great job on my nails, I went in thinking I wanted acrylics and was talked into getting gels, I am very pleased with how long the polish has lasted as well, It has been two weeks not not a chip.

This rating should be 4 & 1/2 stars. Great service!! Elegant spa with plasma/LCD TV's to watch while you get your nail done. The price is affordable & right where is should be. Try it & you will go back, Its addictive!

Nail Excel in Macedonia is a great place to have your nails done. Their new location is absolutely beautiful and LISA is an exceptional manicurist. I love the way she does my nails. I'm on my computer all day and besides doing yard work which is tough on my nails, they actually still look great even after three weeks! I won't go anywhere else.

I've been going to the nail shop for awhile now. And I LOVE the way Lisa does my nails. She is not rough at all..... I'm very funny about my nails and I have Finally found someone that does my nail really good. I get comments on my nails all the time. Lisa is WONDERFUL AND A LIFE SAVER. I was initially excited to find an affordable place near my home to get my nails done. The nail techs seemed professionally & friendly and I was pleased with the outcome of my first manicure, even though Lisa - who gave me my manicure - was a bit rough and wound up cutting my cuticle. She took care of the cut, decided not to hold it against her and return for a future manicure. Lisa did my manicure on my 2nd visit and once again was rough and AGAIN cut my cuticle - no apology - no discount for her error. I was actually quite uncomfortable. Obviously I will not be returning and I let them know that. I had even planned to tell my frineds about them. I think they probably give good service, so if you go, just make sure Lisa doesn't do your nails unless you like it rough.
