ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PEOPLE. DONT KNOW HOW THEY LIVE WITH THEMSELVES. They watch people and tow cars once they walk away and will let it go if you pay them $100 cash on the spot! Such a scam. Also employees in Chic-fil-a mentioned they towed an elderly mans car who had hearing trouble and was by himself the day prior along with a bunch of other cars. They are disrespectful and need to be shut down at once. This is wrong on so many levels and I do not understand how they are even in business! Hope the karma you all deserve comes back to you soon

This place is a JOKE and a SCAM!! First of all, they only accept cash which leads one to believe that tax evasion is involved. Secondly, we paid $200 just to get our car back, and it was damaged and treated so terribly that now the car is UNDRIVABLE! Super sketchy and terrible. Would give no stars if I could.

This company is a hot mess $195 to pick your car up from tow. And gave no information on why it was towed! Walking towards my car and see dents and scratches that werent there previously but no one knows how they got there had to file a police report not even sure why my complex uses this bootleg company no one answers the phone had to Uber 3 times back and forth there because no one was there and no signs that says when theyll be back! Its literally a shack where they do business wish I could upload a picture. If you dont have to use this company DONT which Im sure will be easy to do considering they dont answer the phone

I would give it a zero if that were an option. My car was towed by dragging it out of the space leaving rubber tire marks about 20 feet. Then the phone number and address are wrong. And they're only open between 9 and 5. I work so this is a major inconvenience especially since they should not have towed it in the first place. This place should be reported for theft by conversion.
