We wanted to express our thanks to Allen and his team who were absolutely first class and did an amazing job. They treated my household goods with the utmost care and were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their commitment to doing the job right was second to none and they worked unbelievably hard to get their truck loaded in time for us to move out as well as to unload everything. How they were able to get everything in the house within the two days was simply amazing and set up all of the big items that we needed set up -- they did a Herculean task to accomplish all they did in that time and we were amazed at how organized they were to load and unload. However, we think you may consider revising your process to allow them extra time to set up. Again, this is not a criticism of them as they went above and beyond but perhaps with the contract --- allowing them an additional day to set up would have been better all around.
Please pass on our compliments to. Allen and his team. In completing a survey of your clients the one question you should ask is….would you recommend them to others. The answer is that we would not only recommend them to others but also ask for them by name when we move again.

TERRIBLE!!! RUN RUN FAR AWAY!! WILL OVERCHARGE YOU AND DMAGE YOUR ITEMES!!! HIRE SOMEONE ELSE

If I could rate 0 stars, I would, and I wish there had been reviews on this company prior to hiring them for a move. Main grievances:



1.) I called to confirm my appt with them a day early, and the guy I spoke with said that he thought I had booked for earlier in the month. Nope. Requested a call back to confirm that we were still on for the move at the date that had been agreed upon a month prior, and finally received a call the night before the move back confirming that the date I had down was in fact, correct. Who knows what would have happened if I hadnt taken it upon myself to call and confirm.



2.) Movers arrived with a trailer, not a truck (I purchased the move via LivingSocial which promised 2 men + a TRUCK). My stuff ended up jammed in the trailer.



3.) Movers arrived with NO moving blankets, which are pretty necessary for most moves given that a.) people have furniture with glass, b.) TVs , etc. Had to provide my own comforter which they wrapped up in plastic. Also as an aside - movers SHOULD provide all possible moving gear to ensure that the customer's items do not get damaged during move b/c the mover would then be responsible. Guess they don't understand that logic.



4.) If you do want your furniture shrink-wrapped, prepare to fork out $20 per item. Shrink wrap that a.) costs $5.95 at Uhaul stores and b.) again, is an item that I would expect movers to have + use as to protect a customer's goods during transit.



5.) When the furniture was pulled out of the aforementioned trailer at the destination spot, the shrink wrap had frayed from the couch and now it bears a lovely stain of dirt on one arm rest. The mattress also had water + dirt all over its sides and back.



I have moved 2x in Atlanta previously, using both 2 Men & A Truck and Peachtree Movers. They provided 2-3 movers + an ACTUAL TRUCK! + Shrink wrapped all of my larger furniture pieces w/out charge + wrapped up TVs, glass items with blankets. My items arrived without damage. I regret purchasing a coupon for a terrible service via AW Nationwide Movers vs paying the premium for a legitimate and reputable company. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
