This has to be the worst business with the worst customer serive. The lady called Lis is so dumb and doesnt know what she is doing. I bought a skirt for 5 de Mayo and I didn't notices that that it was stained so withing two hours I wnet back to the store to change it for another one. The FAT old lady with the red face was so rude and told me that I there was no exchange or refund. I wasnt asking for a refund. The skirt was so expensive and no exchange. I urge people not to go and buy there coz even the candy are over the due date. I bought a cocada that was rancid and they said they were fresh. SO PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS STORE. This people dont have customer service at all. Dont trust them. If I could put a zero star I would put it.

My mom took her baby jesus for a touch up, three months passed and they didnt have it ready. Kept giving my mom the run around when she went to pick the baby jesus up. It wasnt until we threatened with calling the cops that they miraculously found it. Went to pick it up and the fat lady, aka jabba the hut, gave me attitude and made me feel like it was my fault that they didnt get it ready, did not even get an apology for not providing the service. I guess jabba the hut owns the business because they can get away with humiliating they're employees and customers. How sad. Worst experience ever.

I went to this store to have my baby Jesus repaired and it took me 5 weeks to find out that they had given my baby Jesus to someone else. The owner was blaming me for leaving the baby too long when infact it was them that never repaired it. The girls that work there are very nice but the big lady that owns the store is a very rude person. I have witnessed how she humiliates customers and employees alike. The prices are so ridiculous and the orders are never ready when they say. The lady is not even mexican and you will tell by her accent. I advise people to not shop and avoid being over charged and your items being lost. I dont recomend this store to anyone. This business doesn't even deserve a one star rating.

This establishment is unethical. They don't deliver quality nor on time. Long story short the owner (who claims being Mexican and is not!!) promises delivery dates, and quality and neither is fulfilled! Dont believe what she promises...she'll deliver lower quality materials nothing like the samples she has in her store. Craftmanship is crappy. Let's not talk about the attitude she gets when u tell her that the item is not what u ordered. She has no business ethics, or morals! She's discrental and tries to cast u away with a offensive $5.00 discount after you paid her over $100.00. Don't shop at a store that only cares about making their pocket deep and not in providing goods and services they falsely promise.
