When starting out with Smart Talent, they told me I was getting in with a five star contract with a great well known company and after my 90 days I would be hired on if they indeed liked me as a worker, well what they conveniently left out was "THEY LIED" and misrepresented themselves completely as when your 90 days are up you then run into another temporary agent you DO NOT get hired on with the company at all and your meager pay stays within cents the same ..... convenient! Not only do they misrepresent themselves their staff is Dishonest, Rude, unprofessional at best. This agency is shotty with no good intentions. When you get hired on looking forward for that higher wage do the time and its a sham that's just wrong. "all for your dollar." I would rate them with no stars but it wouldn't submit without at least giving one.
