Susanne and Jason were both great to work with! I have used Professional Collision several times now and everytime they have done great work and I have had a great experience!

My experience with Professional Collision was way better than I had anticipated. Susanne at the front desk was so friendly and helpfull - she offered to make phone calls for me and even gave me a ride home when I dropped off my car. I appreciated the fact that she called me during the repairs to let me know when my car would be done. The car looked great when I picked it up - they even detailed the inside! This was a great shop to work with and I have had some not so great experiences with body shops in the past.

i.e., A localWow! I just picked up my car from Professional Collision in Lynnwood, WA, and am blown away! I was t-boned on I5, and thought my car would never be the same again. It's not the same: it's *BETTER*! The car looks gorgeous and drives like a dream. The work these folk did is beyond stellar - I am so glad my auto insurance company referred me there. Again I had another accident and had to take my car into the shop. I have been to Professional Collision Lynnwood a couple of times and they always take good care of me and my car always looks great!
