I've been impressed with these services since discovering them earlier in 2012. Very clean, well-maintained, and economically run - such savings are passed on to us, the customers. The sign for hours is a little faded, so last week, I double-checked the hours, and the attendant assured me "last load in" is 8:30 PM. Tonight, I arrived after a long commute, grabbed my laundry, drove across two more towns to wash, arriving in the door at 8:23 PM, whereupon the attendant announced they were closed, and nearly refused me service. After some strong negotiating, the attendant agreed I should go ahead and wash. If I had assurance I could count on the facility to be open when it says it will be open, I'd be delighted with the service. As it seems not to be dependable, I'll have to look around for another friendly and clean Laundromat to depend on. If it happens again, I probably won't go back.
