Went because I saw a car I was interested in online. The car was exactly as descriped and in great shape. It was a no pressure sale, they were very willing to negotiate a fair price that would be good for both sides. I didn't hear about them before I looked but will definitly recommend others take a look at what they got in the future, myself as well. The entire staff was very nice and all took the time to anwser all my questions with no wishy washy responses. Even took the time to send a thanks for my purchase after the fact.

Regretfully bought an EX at Infiniti of Kirkland after high pressure and lies from the salesman and sales manager. Found out later the car had been wrecked.. I will not ever go back to Infiniti of Kirkland. I've had a great experience with Service in Lynnwood and will be back.

Excellent customer experience. I am the type of personality that dreads time at the car dealership since most dealers tend to be high-pressure, overbearing situations. Kuni is exactly what a car buying experience should be. Very friendly staff, informative and willing to do the little extras for you. Very candid conversations about price and their revenue model. They're not interested in having you as a one-time customer but rather would prefer to keep you satisfied with their service and keep you as a life-long customer...something all businesses should strive for. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, courteous and professional. I purchased the only M35h they had in stock (and expect to have for quite some time) so there wasn't as much wiggle room on price as I had hoped, which is why I gave that a 4 (they did budge a little bit). They've offered extensive training on this vehicle, which so far I haven't needed or had time for. They also let me drive the car off the lot and followed me to my office to pick up the check, which saved an extra trip back to the dealership, so customer service is really a 5+!

Kuni Westside Infiniti (KWI) has one of the friendliest, and the most professional staff in the business. My car buying experience at KWI was pressure free. Chris, and George were very patient with me. They let me test drive any car I chose. Terry, the sales manager, helped me with the pricing. Buying a vehicle is not always an easy task especially with two children. The dealership was a great family friendly place. The kids were comfortable and content. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism that we recieved from George and Michael. I would recommend Infinity Of Lynnwood to anyone shopping for a vehicle in the future.

The team went way out of it's way to help me. They even drove 40 miles to the airport to pick up my car to have it serviced, then drove it back to the airport lot so that it would be there ready for me when I returned from my trip. Every one was very professional throughout the sales process and never pushy or obnoxious.

Service work was unexpected - radiator blew on way to work one morning. I had the car towed to this dealer, obviously without the usual appt, and was greeted friendly and sat me to down see what happened and what was needed. They were very prompt and followed thru with what was promised. I just got the car back so can't as yet vouch for the quality of the work but it seems to be running great. Very impressed. And yes, I will go back.

We had never really considered an Infiniti. We were looking at the Audi A-4 and Lexus IS 250 and test drove those. Then we heard the ads for a $299 lease on the G25x which seemed really reasonable for a car of this caliber so we checked it out. The online ratings were strong and we liked the 4-wheel drive for driving to our mountain cabin. When my wife went to the dealership and drove the vehicle she loved it. She is a little afraid of car dealers but thought the guys at the dealership were super relaxed, nice and super professional. It was a great car buying experience all around. The owner and manager were right there helping us out and making us feel comfortable with everything. After we were set to go they set up a followup meeting to go over questions on the vehicles a few days later. That was really helpful. I had a great experience at Kuni. I heard about this new Infiniti dealership that is close to my house. I have a beautiful 1991 Infiniti convertble that is my baby. I went to Kuni Westside Infiniti to get the oil changed. They treated me like a king. I was surprised with their attention to detail. They looked over the car and found couple of items that I was unaware that needed fixing and even washed my car. As I was waiting, the owner, Andrew came out introduced himself. He's one of the nicest and interesting guys I've ever met. It's nice to have an Infiniti dealer close to my home in Mukilteo.

The dealership Service Dept was very prompt in notifying me that the part order had arrived and to make arrangements to install it. He even made accomodations a day earlier than scheduled because it became more convenient to me. Sales and service have been excellent and all staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I live some 50 miles from the dealership and the drive has been well worth it for sales and for service.
