Been using them about 10 years. Love having the house spotless every other Friday. They handle everything...(no appliance cleaning), they are professional, prompt, and efficient. Wouldn't be without them. When there have been problems, (VERY few), they've responded quickly and professionally. They save me time, energy, and money. very reasonable rates.

I used a different cleaning service 10 years ago and had the worst experience ever with the cleaners often not showing up, always late, breaking items and not telling me...not even an apology. I was reluctant to try another service but with messy children, a husband who is often traveling for work and some back and neck problems I just couldn't keep up so I decided to give Clean and Simple a try. I've been a loyal customer now for almost two years. From day one they have always been very professional and accommodating. They have never missed an appointment or cancelled! The one time that they were running a little late...they called to let me know. The cleaners are always cheerful and pleasant when they arrive and most importantly they do great work and leave my home super clean and smelling great. They also have wonderful customer service...leaving a card after every cleaning so you know who cleaned your home and giving you the opportunity to submit a review of the cleaning.

Terrible don't use. We asked for a deep clean which web site shows cleaning ovens light fixtures and baseboards. None of these were done. Also tops of pictures onwalls not dusted. Use someone who cares, not these people

I've used C&S for a couple years, and on occasions in the past. They're always reliable, very efficient, flexible when I've had to ask for a specific time of day, and the women use every minute of their time. One time the place was apparently not as messy as usual because they cleaned all the blinds! That was awesome, a special extra service just because they had time. That's just one example. I'll give up my salon appointments before I give up this!
