  CARPENTER ANTS These large, commonly black or red ants remove wood from tree stumps, inside the walls of homes or other wooden structures. They'll to burrow into a structure and form a colony. Many times these ants inhabit homes without being seen. In the case that one is spotted, it is highly likely that there are more and are already established within the home.

  Spiders Spiders are generally harmless creatures that feed on other insects in and around your home. However, dangerous spider species such as the brown recluse and black widows pose a significant threat to you and any pets or children in your home.
