A group of us had reservations and were seated on time. The food was good when we finally received it. We had to call for the waiter several times. They never came around to see if we needed anything while waiting for our dinner. When we complained about the wait, we were told "It's Saturday, you have to have patience." They didn't even come around to refill water or give us more bread while waiting. They seemed annoyed whenever we called for them. When speaking with the manager, and the owner, there were never any apologies for the wait. They didn't' even offer a lousy cup of coffee for the inconvenience. I felt bad, but gave an extremely small tip. We just had to, we have never had to do this before. When we were leaving the owner told us not to come back. Don't worry!!! (I have just read several other sites about this restaurant, and found lots of reviews about the service, similar to ours. At least I know it wasn't just us or an off night!)
