There's mold in the food pantry and bedrooms, donation money clearly not going to the safe house but Lea Newcomb's own pocket. The beds are defunct and backbreaking. The house manager, Keri, enables bullying and is bias to the residents that are fat like her. There is no true emotional support, it is a conversion therapy program in disguise.
