Excited to watch the new patio being built across the sidewalk from my apartment! We are so happy to find an affordable place to live that is adding on to the apartment complex! I've never seen an apartment building add on so the tenants can have a better place to live. It makes me feel like you guys care! Thanks to the girls in the office for making our home a better place!! Oh and the owners who paid for the improvements too!

This place has been a pleasant surprise for us. We found it by accident and are enjoying out first lease here. I can't believe how large our apartment is. My favorite is the master bedroom "powder room". I've never seen that in an apartment. The girls in the office are the most pleasant property managers I have ever met too.

I like living here. I have a large 2 bedroom apartment with a den that I use for studying for school. It makes me feel like a rich dude. "Yes Bartholomew, I will have a scotch on the rocks in my den. Please don't bother me while I study for the LSAT." This place is huge and I have a balcony too. I don't have any parties cuz I don't wanna get kicked out, but I do have my boys over for SNF and MNF. But they have to buy the pizza. My apt has 2 bedrooms and I get the master, cuz, well, I roll like that. The mgr Missy is awesome and there's two or three maintenance dudes that work here that seem cool. Parking is okay, there place seems full all the time, when I moved in there were only 5 or 6 apartments left, so naturally, parking is tough, but I haven't had any issues yet. Lynchburg is great cuz in about 20 minutes or less you can be all over the place, downtown, southside, boonsboro area, etc. I'm glad I scored this joint cuz I like it.
