A letter from DMV was mail out on the 9th of February we never received it,I tried to call the post office no will pick up

I have been leaving messages on the passport line for the past three weeks and still no appointment! This system does not work!!

I have been calling since the beginning of June and have still not heard back from them. I need a passport by the end of next month. I have called 35 times in the last two days with no one picking up. It wont even let me leave a voicemail. This office has very poor services.

I live on three creeks ct in lynchburg va and mail was delivered and put in the wrong boxes , why is it when the regular carrier is off then mail is late and put in wrong boxes . This need to be corrected quickly

Will not pick up the phone for passport or delivery appointments, called 8 times over 5 days. left msg's 4 times, called alternative numbers, but absolutely no response. May be after all, this business model is on its way out. You dont treat your customers right, then those who know how to deserve to take your business away. When that happens, please dont cry foul that the govt. is trying to kill your job.
