Hate is a very strong word. But today has been very disappointing. A month ago I made an appointment with this company for installation and paid a hefty installation fee. Oct 3rd, 2017 at 10:30. I called at 9:30 to confirm. Spoke to Barbara who was very professional and pleasant. She confirmed all was on schedule. I took a day of vacation. Excited to have Internet. 11:30 no one had arrived. So I called to check to see what was happening. Again Barbara.. on point and pleasant says she will check into things and get with Sara. But no response. I called again at 12:30 (because I had not heard anything). Barbara tells me that if Sara does not get with her in 5 minutes she will go downstairs and see what's going on. 1:30 I call again. Barbara transfers me to Sara. Sara says they came to my house and there was no signal. No one came to my property. I tell her that. She then transfers me to Darrel Haag . I explained to Darrel Haag my frustration that no one has been here and I have been waiting for 3 hours. YES I was frustrated. I believe anyone else would have been. Then the story changed to the signal was a problem from the tower and the crew was redirected. (Obviously someone communicated that with the crew). No one called me to make me aware. Once I express that with Darrel Haag. He tells me that he sees no patience in this relationship. And that it would be best that my money be refunded and severe ties. Flabbergasted from that response! A relationship.. be personal or business takes two sides to make it work. I paid the deposit of over $250 a month ago. Lost a day of wages. To be told this. BTW. I asked Darrel Haag to reconsider. I asked what the next step was.. I asked if he was the owner. His answer was he is the owner. And he would refund my deposit. And that my frustration ( by the way.. I never raised my voice... I never cursed.. I never was ugly in any way) meant nothing to him and that what they had was a service they could not provide. I asked are you telling me that you cannot provide a service I have paid for and you advertised.. he said yes. So they are selling something they cannot provide. But that does not speak to the level of customer service or HIS part of a relationship. And does NOTHING for a day's loss wages. I believe once the service gets installed.. it's great from what everyone else has told me.. But I am not the only one with struggles. I am and was willing to pay! Willing to wait. But I am seeing that a persons time or feelings mean nothing to this company. Poor management. Poor customer service. Communication is key to any relationship and obviously it's only when convenient for them. So beware. And know if Darrel Haag really is the owner if this is how he handles business then if you have a problem you will get screwed.Update Oct 4, 2017 Sara calls me to apologize. She was who told me that the crew had already been on my property. That she was mistaken. Confirmed no one had ever come to my home. I accepted her apology and thanked her. I expressed to her how upset I was over how I had been treated and that I understand mistakes happen. That I can see she values her reputation and has character to be able to admit she was wrong and I truly appreciate that in a person. I asked if she thought Darrell would do the same? She then told me.. Dont shoot the messenger but Darrell Haag said he had no intentions of trying to make things right, BECAUSE I posted the above review on Facebook. Update Oct 5, 2017 I check my credit card. I have not received the refund. I call in Sara assures me that is had been credited. I also notice that all reviews have been removed from Seiontecs Facebook page. Update Oct 6, 2017 I finally received the refund for the $287.00 that they charged me to make an appointment 6 weeks out.Buyer Beware Infinasky and Seiontec are the SAME company. Same People.
