Went in for a walk in manicure and they got started right away. Did one hand no problem, but when she did the cuticles on my other hand I noticed it was pretty painful, and pulling off dead skin shouldn't hurt. I just shrugged it off and came back to the chair after washing my hands to find that four of my fingers were bleeding on one hand where she had cut me with the cuticle trimmers. She wiped off the blood then told me to go pay. I went and paid and she stood there and waited to hear what tip I was leaving before she would walk away (she was not the one running my card). I'm a pretty decent tipper in any situation, so her lack of faith frustrated me. Maybe because I'm young and she expected me to not tip enough? I sat back down and she started painting, but my fingers were still bleeding and she painted over top of the blood on my nails. Disgusting. I probably won't go back...they were more focused on what they were watching on Netflix and doing their own nails than the customers.

Good job and employees were courteous. Establishment was clean & professional. Will certainly go back.
