If 0 stars were an option, that would have been my choice. Before you consider this contractor, please ask to speak with the past 5 customers and/or 5 subs he has used. Please get references before you consider working with this company. I made the mistake of trusting things at face value. I should have checked whether the references (by project) being used would have agreed to have been used as a reference...meaning, their projects were used to sell the services, but it was not revealed that the former clients had not agreed to have their projects be used as a sales piece and, in fact, would not want to endorse or associate with the contractor on any level. Honesty and integrity are 2 big issues with this guy.
