Friendly knowledgeable staff

i am extremely disappointed in the service i recieved here i paid $130 for viruis removal and 2 weeks later having the same problem. i didn't download anything didn't go to x - rated sites i took it back to them and they wanted to charge me $130 again. heed my warning stay away or you will get ripped off too!!!!!!!
