A member of the Lynchburg, Va., chamber of commerce, Royal Super Service Center is a subsidiary of Royal Chevrolet Cadillac. The Service Center is in possession of the largest General Motors automobiles parts inventory in Lynchburg. The Service Center s Web site allows customers to place orders for parts and schedule appointments online. All of the Service Center s repair work has a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty and many of the common components and repairs include a lifetime warranty under the Goodwrench Service Program of which Royal Super Service Center is a part. Some of Royal Super Service Center s customers use a Goodwrench Credit Card that allows them the flexibility of 90 days or six months to pay for their service, parts or both. The Service Center offers Senior Citizen Discounts beginning at age 62.

I would not recommend Pinkerton Chevy to anyone. Service is poor, and their Service department does not know what they are doing. They hire unqualify help. They do not stand behind their work and your vehicle leaves there in worst shape then when you brought it in. I have had work done their twice so I have given the Pinkerton the benefit but have still found out that I have to return my vehicle their to get them to correct the problem. When doing an oil change they just go through and check the list but do not actually check. I would never go to them again and its ashame when they are representing GM product. They need to be put out of business.

Service department is terrible. "unable to duplicate" must be their catch phrase. If you don't have enough training to find the problem, you should find someone who can and FIX it. Frustrating.
