I find the people and the service very good, great selection, never had an issue with advertised Items not being in stock. Great place to shop, ask questions and getting support.

No place on the planet will give you a harder time about buying something. the people are rude and obnoxious. It is unfortunate because model railroading is fun and these folks take away a lot of that fun. All that being said, they do have lower prices but never seem to have what they advertise. If you call right when a flyer comes out you have a small chance of getting what you want.

The store is great bu the service stinks. They are rude, self centered and don't like to help people, they brush you off. Not a friendly place, they just don't manage well with questions and concerns that others have before purchasing a product. Hope they can change their attitudes, maybe they just don't like their job.
