I had an emergency situation on a Saturday morning. My toilet was not flushing properly. I also noticed there was a foul odor in my basement near my laundry room. I realized I needed immediate service and called Mako Plumbing (referred by a friend).The answering service responded immediately and dispatched one of their technicians.He arrived within 1/2 an hour, was very professional and was able to resolve my problem quickly by snaking out the main sewer line. Needless to say he found tree roots, bathroom tissue, etc.He recommended that I have maintenance done twice a year so as to prevent this from recurring often. The professional appearance, quick response and further recommendation for my situation has made me a permanent customer of Mako Plumbing. My friend was right to refer this company as reliable, professional and quick to respond. Very satisfied with their service!!
